I've used 1001 fonts quite a bit... great site! They have a knock off font for almost every font out there (you just need to find it).
I told you about the Soviet Christmas card site, and I found the link: http://www.mazaika.com/postcard/aerospace0.htm
It is a cool site in and of itself; it does photo mosaics. I haven't tried the mosaic (I didn't think the examples looked that great) but I have it book marked just in case...
